Book Review: Excellent Diet Help As Well as Cookbook

I bought this book after reading my mother's copy and enjoying a couple of the recipes that she makes regularly. I really like the nutrition information and meal planning help in the front of the book, as well as the easy recipes that are low fat and quick to prepare. The meal plans are for 1200 calorie days (approximately) and 1500 calorie days. Good info and good recipes.
