Book Review: A must have for parents of kids with autism and ADHD

This book gives you all the details you need to know about how changing diet can change your child's life. It also gives you information on where to get support and more information. It is written by a mother and gives her perspective on how the diet can help as well as medical proof.
I've read loads on the internet about the diet but this is the only book I know of that is an on hand reference. Whether your child's been on the diet for years or is just starting out i'd recommend you buy it.
It looks at what the diet is all about, What you can and can not feed your child, gives a sample letter to give to people who will be caring for your child and outlines how to implement the diet as well as recipes to help you along.
I'd definately recommend it to all parents of children who may benefit. Give it a try, you've got nothing to lose!
