Book Review: Disappointing
Summary: 3 Stars

I liked the idea that the team found heliopolis 2, and after they ran into the survivor (avoiding spoilers) it got kind of interesting but all in all the book was disappointingly written. The language used by Rodney, apart from the occasional flash is just not him, there is no character development for anyone else, Ford, Teyla, Elizabeth are just add ons with no depth or feeling which is the real strength of the show.

Also FANS buy these books and yet every 2 lines we were having references to plots from the entire first season of Stargate Atlantis, give us some credit,we are geeks, we know what happened!

Generally it was frustrating, I think that if I didn't have an idea of the characters then I might have liked this book more because the idea and the action are good, it's just the execution that's off.
