I have been cooking with this book for a long time now. Stevia tastes so much better than sugar! From what I have seen on the internet, it looks like everybody thinks the "Grandma's Apple Pie" is the best. I would probably agree with that. It is better than any sugar apple pie I have had. I also like what I have seen somebody call the "stevia fruit gluk" recipe.This book has many recipes besides desserts. There is also some information at the beginning about stevia. I have found the author has a good website too.
Besides being the best stevia cookbook, this is the best of any cookbooks I have ever seen. When making lemonade I have found that you shouldn't use lemons with seeds.
