Book Reviews of Stretching AnatomyBook Review: A look from the inside Summary: 4 Stars
A very basic and small book that gives a pretty good look at stretching from the inside view. I would have liked a bit more in details, but overall I must say it is a good book that is well worth the price for those who would like to know how the muscles are being stretched when used.
Book Review: ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Summary: 5 Stars

Book Review: Awesome! Summary: 5 Stars
This book is a perfect way of showing techniques for people whom don't know how to stretch properly. Majority of the aches and pains people get are from tight, forgotten about muscles. Stretching Anatomy takes care of not only illustrations, but a description of each stretch, how long to hold the stretch and gives helpful hints to assist in getting the best possible stetch out of each muscle. All in all, this is a great book, and there is nothing I would change about it.
I use my book all the time!
