Book Reviews of Stretching AnatomyBook Review: Great book! Summary: 5 Stars
As a Licensed Massage Therapist knowlegable with Anatomy I really like this books simplicty showing groups of muscles related with variouse streches. Its great at the end of my sessions for review. I can give clients informed ideas for different streches and know that I am specificaly addressing the tense muscles and tight tendons that I identified threw my massage sessions. Not only does this book do a great job with muscles I have enjoyed the Kinesiology aspect (muscle actions) incorporated within it! Well done! Great buy and value!

As a massage therapist, I was looking for a thorough book on stretching that I can utilize with my clients. Information is clear and to the point. Diagrams are detailed. I especially like that it specifies most & lessor stretched muscles.
Book Review: Great help Summary: 4 Stars
I am a Pilates Instructor, and I have one client who has very tight shoulders, neck and chest muscles. This book helped us get some good ideas for the best stretching techniques to help him stretch out those areas.
I would probably recommend this book to people who have really tight muscles. All the stretches are easy to do anywhere.
Book Review: Great stretching book! Summary: 5 Stars
I have used this book to not only show and teach clients and patients proper stretching techniques, I have recommended it as a tool for the Physical Therapist at my job, and used it for myself. Illustrations are detailed with specific muscles described in each stretch and are very helpful in understanding the anatomy of each stretch - great book for ANYONE, especially pre- and post-workout for athletes! I also recommend "Stretching" by Bob Anderson in conjunction with this as a teaching tool.
Book Review: Great tool! Summary: 5 Stars
This book has a ton of really great info on stretching some of those hard to reach spots. I love knowing what muscles I am using as well, it helps me identify where my stretch is really going!
