It's ok. I thought there would be more streches. Most are general knowledge. Didn't learn too much.
Book Review: Stretching Anatomy Summary: 5 Stars
A well written and illustrated text. Perfect for a supplement to my PT class. I began using this text almost immediately upon receiving it.
Book Review: Stretching Anatomy Summary: 3 Stars
Whilst this book is OK, only about half of the drawings have the anatomy drawn onto the person performing the stretch, which is really disappointing. The accompanying text for each stretch (about 70 in total) is useful. A much better bet would be The Anatomy of Stretching by Brad Walker, which includes 114 stretches, with each drawing featuring detailed anatomy of the muscles being worked. (The text in the Walker book also relates each stretch to relevant sports, which is an excellent feature to complete the picture for the reader.)
