Book Review: The best book on childrens health ever
Summary: 5 Stars
This is by far the best book on childrens health that I have read (I have dozens). I have a toddler and a baby both of whom have suffered from birth with allergies, eczema, asthma and have been pretty sickly. This book has turned their health around.Although it gives alternative/nutritional advice the writer is a medical doctor, so there is nothing too outlandish advocated.
In fact, the advice is all based on the latest scientific research. We just unfortunately live in a world where research does not reach the average doctor unless promoted by a pharmaceutical giant with hefty profits in mind.
Fortunately there are some doctors who look beyond what is handed out by the big companies.
If Dr Galland ever happens to read this, I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing this book. It is a life changer and a life saver.
