Book Review: Excellent / Full of Intrigue

Excellent book. Greenburg makes this topic intruiging. Politics and social issues! How does a court "interpret" the law? Most important, is the legislative process the appropriate branch to protect minority rights or can the courts step in. Unfortunately, conservatives tend to believe that the majority should rule. If a state wants to allow discrimination, they should be able to do so. This is the unfortunate direction of the Supreme Court through Bush 43. This is what gets drilled home in this book.
