Book Review: Hard to take some of this seriously...Stuck in the 80's

Since this book was written in the early 80's and it showed, it was hard to take some of this book seriously. Even the topic, just seemed something so...hard to relate to and out-dated.
This is probably mainly because I personally don't have the issue of being "over-endowed", so I can't relate. But I just found the majority of the book and what the character dealt with again, so dated to the 80's. Things have changed so much, just even with how young adults deal with things and how they live their lives. Some scenes were laughable. But at the same token I'm sure when this was 1st printed it was regarded a bit more seriously.
Other than those initial feelings, the story was a pretty good one, as romance novels go. Not my favorite of Spencer's, but a decent read. However I wouldn't recommend it, just based on what I mentioned above. Instead I'd recommend by Spencer: That Camden Summer, Then Came Heaven, Separate Beds, Small Town Girl or Twice Loved!
