This book is a must read for baby-seekers and non-baby seekers and women who just want the facts about their bodies. After buying this book, it took only 4 months for my husband and I to conceive :) Prior to the book, we had been trying for 12 months. It really opened our eyes. After our baby is born, I will never go back on the pill again. This book coupled with a few other resources helped me prevent a potential miscarriage. I STRONLY recommend this for every woman.
