Book Reviews of Tao of Jeet Kune DoBook Review: A philosophy without boundaries, a book with plenty Summary: 3 StarsAlthough this book is very interesting and conveys a lot of Bruces' philosophy i feel it is just a group of his notes bound together in little coherance to try and explain Jeet Kune Do. A much better book is the 'Warrior Within' or the 'Tao of Gung Fu'
Book Review: amazing truly one of the greatest books of self defense ever Summary: 5 StarsA true leap foward in the life and thoughts of one of the greatest of all time. this book truly shows that he was a man that took every thig he did to the extreme.
Book Review: Excellent Summary: 4 StarsThis book is the best martial arts book bar none, but don't expect to be able to learn Jeet Kune Do from it. It is an reference book, a guide that you can refer back to in your training. It most definetely isn't a teach yourself guide. If you are serious about your martial arts then you should own this book. I have recently begun training in JKD after 2 years of Wing Chun and found this book a great help in understanding the principles of Bruce Lee's art, and in helping make the changes from training in one style to another easier.
