Book Review: A fresh and creative book about party planning with tea

I've attended some of Ms. Knight's tea presentations and witnessed the enthusiam of the audience to her style and knowledge. Reading this book is a way of experiencing the romance of tea which live audiences enjoy and picking up lots of ideas for entertaining with tea as the feature on the menu. For a little book it packs in a lot of history and anecdote as well as some personal tips on selecting, brewing and savoring tea. It makes a great gift and would be a lovely addition to the little stack of books on anyone's coffee table.
