Book Review: I used this book to understand the different patterns.
Summary: 4 Stars
I used a beginners kit to learn how to actually knit, as well as internet videos. I did not find this book useful in learning how to master the knit and purl stitch or casting on (which are the basics), but I did find it extremely helpful for many things after that. This book is very good at showing what the different stitch patterns are (i.e. a box stitch), learning how to read patterns, basic definitions and correcting mistakes. Overall, I would recommend this as just one of the many tools that are useful in learning how to knit.
