Book Review: A Natural Adventure

Ted spends a lot of time watching TV and surfing on his computer. One day he feels as if something is missing in his life. As soon as he thinks this thought the wind comes by and takes him on a wonderful adventure. As he soars through the sky the wind teaches him important life lessons. The wind takes him to meet fire and water and then water leads him to meet earth. Each element teaches him something about living life on a deeper level. In the end, Ted realizes that he wants to live his life differently and he has a greater appreciation of the world around him. What is amazing about this book is how it is written in clever poetry - each line is a new surprise. This book teaches that it is good to get out in nature and to enjoy the world. There is a short discussion about the ego and about love so there is some philosophy and Buddhism intertwined in the poetry.
