Book Reviews of Ten Little LadybugsBook Review: A favorite in our house, but not as sturdy as a board book Summary: 5 Stars
My daughter is a year old and has had this book since she was 8 months. She loves it. I constantly find her flipping through it and she wants it read to her again and again. She is fascinated by the holes as well as the ladybugs. I wouldn't mark the book down for this rating wise, but the pages are not cardboard, just thick paper glued together and unfortunately ours has taken quite a beating over the last 4 months. If you already like this book and want something similar I recommend the Good Night, Sweet Butterflies book.
Book Review: A favorite or all- babies, toddlers AND parents! Summary: 5 Stars
I got this book or my son at 6 months old and it immediately became his favorite. Now at 11 months old, he'll pull it out of the pile first to read at bedtime. And I gave a copy to my neices and nephews of ages 2-4 years and they all love it.
Most importantly, after the tons of times I've had to read to my children..I still enjoy it.
My son LOVES to play with the ladybugs but there is no sign of them coming off. It is a very well built sturdy book that is sure to be enjoyed by every age!
Book Review: A great counting book.... Summary: 5 Stars
My daughter loves the colorful drawings and pictures of other animals! On each page we count the ladybugs.. but where do they go? A great format for young children!
Book Review: A household fav! Summary: 5 Stars
We ~*~LOVE~*~ this book! My older son fell in love with it when he was a toddler. I must have read it to him hundreds of times...he insisted it be his bedtime story every night for over a year! And now, my second son, who is 15-months and will NOT sit for any book whatsoever, has fallen in love with it! The sing-songy story and colorful pictures are fantastic for them, and they both love touching the little ladybugs. I've bought this book for at least 5 people as additions to their baby shower gifts, as well! Now I just need to purchase a new copy for ourselves...ours is really "broken in"! LOVE IT!
Book Review: An early favorite Summary: 5 Stars
This was the first book that held my son's attention - at 3 months! It still is one of his favorites. Now that he's almost 1 year old, he like to touch the ladybugs and turn the pages. We read it over and over. An excellent book!
