Book Review: It's no joke!

If,like me, you are approaching your forties and so is your waistline, then this book is for you.
The advertising surrounding this book depicts a skinny lad who wants to build his muscles to stop having sand kicked in his face.
What the advertising dosen't emphasize enough is the fat burning qualities of the exercises presented in this book.If you are thinking of going on a diet, don't bother; buy this book instead. I'm eating crisps and still burning fat!
I decided to try and do something about my shape when I recently bought a new pair of trousers and couldn't fit in them.Now I know this might sound like cobblers, but in less than 2 weeks of doing the exercises(vigorously), I could do them up. Admitedly they were still tight, but I couldn't button them up before.
Now when this book (and all its trimmings) arrived in a box, it felt like something that I'd purchased from a joke shop. I'll be honest, you wouldn't want your mates to see it, but believe me, the results speak for themselves, this is no joke. I can also highly recommend the Miracle 7 by John Peterson.
