Well, I have jorge's 8 minutes in the morning 'range' and they were really good, I saw great results but i simply wasnt able stick to eating only 3oz of protein and 3 oz carbs each meal i was constantly hungry...
But he's smashed it with this 12 sec sequence...the eating plan is more or less the same except you have 5oz of protein per meal (3oz if you weigh less than 150lbs) and whey shakes for your snacks 3x a day, my shakes are only 100cals per scoop and i make it with ever so low calorie 'rice milk' or water.
Shakes really keep you full!!! seriously you wont ever be hungry!! I find it hard to eat the rest of my meals because of the feeling of fullness!! And NO cravings because you're giving your body good food so you're body is nourished and i've had NO cravings!! Amazing. Whey protein is an excellent source of amino acids it'll make you feel great.
the book has more or less the same sort of advice about eating and training from his '8 minutes' range except you do the muscle workout slower and more intensly adn only 2x a week for 20 mins. I have done resistance traning before and after the 1st few of workouts i start to stagnate but with the methods jorge uses i have ached where i have never ached before!
only downside is the exercises take a bit of getting used to I kept falling off the gym ball at first.. but im ok now!
goes well with the 12 second journal..not essential but nice..if you like to have a proper file rather than a bunch of photocopies.
highly recommended you wont be diassappointed!
