No fluff in this book Graham will tell you right out what you need to do and not do to be truly healthy. If you want to be told you can still eat cookies, meat, and pasta and get fit this is not the book for you. If you want real facts it's a necessity. He's also pretty funny, read it!

Great book on nutrition, great message, if you are eating enough fruits(incl. veggie fruits) and celery/greens, you will be meeting caloric, vitamin, mineral, EFA (essential fatty acid), protein (and individual amino acid) needs. It's a good idea to plug it into a program like cronometer or check on [...] to make sure you are meeting certain minimums, but keep in mind many of those minimums are for those on poor diets, with poor absorption.
You create B12 in your gut if you cut out onion, garlic, salt, ginger, cayenne, and other irritant spices.
Exercise daily so you can eat the amount of fruit and greens you need!
Get sunshine, positive activities, emotional poise, LOVE.

If you really are looking for ways to improve your health you would want to get this book ASAP.
I have read quite a few books so far which all claim to be the absolute truth in health matters. I find that all the authors of these books are looking to far and to deep and unnecessarily complicate matters. It just can't be that complicated.
This book belongs to the very few books that will enable you to become and/or stay healthy just by eating those (uncooked) foods that your body was designed to digest with minimum effort and maximum effects.
You don't need doctors, you don't need pills, you don't need supplements. What you do need is this book to take the matter of your health in your own hands.
Doctors put names on deseases so a patient can easily identify himself with it and doctors just happen to have the right pill at hand that goes with that disease. What the patient does not realise is that by swallowing those pills he has sold his soul to the MULTIBILLION dollar pharma industry. Once you get hooked they won't let you go anymore. They are not interested in health, only in desease because thats how they make their money.
Invest a few bucks in this book and you can save all the money you are spending on doctors, pills, supplements....... and the end result wlll be good health, it's that simple. Just look all around you, we're the only species on this planet that are in such bad health. And we're also the only species that thinks that it can eat and drink anything without consequences for our bodies. It's just sooooo logical !!
