Book Review: I found this book invaluable....
Summary: 4 Stars
At last a down to earth approach to an age old problem....Acne !This book explodes alot of the myths about skin care , what causes acne ,and most importantly what to do about it. I went straight out and bought the recommended products, the only difficulty in the UK is that The Glycolic acid is very difficult to get hold of..and alot of our standard skin products dont list the percentages or accurate content in them.According to the book the Glycolic Acid is THE magic step of the whole skin care programme, so us Brits may struggle to buy this . I have been doing the system religiously for only 2 weeks and the change is already noticeable... I shall certainly recommend this book to other sufferers.
