Book Review: "An Eye-Opener On Terrorism"
Summary: 3 Stars
"Al-Asra"; what meaning does it have and how is it related to terrorism? It's only discovered because a cell phone is left on too long. How could it be bad? It is the divine journey that the Prophet Muhammad took on the instructions of Allah himself to learn the prayers of their belief. The experts of the world, and the world's societies have pooled their resouces since 9/11, can only conclude that it is something big and because it was used by an Al Qaeda operative, that it cannot be good.
The author does a good job describing the history of events before 9/11 and since as they might relate to this story. It is eye-opening as to how many resources that the anti-terrorist agencies around the world have, but how limited they are because of the few informants that we may have inside terrorist networks and how easily it still is for them to attack.
This book will strike terror into the heart of the reader because it could be real and happening as we read. I gave it 3 stars because it reads more like a news report than a novel.
