This book is the main text for many religious groups, cults, and therapy groups. It's kind of like a fight club for people that aren't fat and lazy. It's about being and destroying, shaving and not shaving (but not because there's nothing to shave).
Update: and it proved to be a disappointing book and a shadow of the websites greatness.
