Book Reviews of The Alphabet Of ManlinessBook Review: so funny i s**t my pants Summary: 5 StarsI've read maddox's website on and off for about 2 1/2 years now, and its always provided the funnies (well now book sales means he doesnt need to write as much.
First time i opened the book at breakfest I read and read til i realised i was 3 hours late for work. At one point I laughed so hard after a night out and eating spicey food that I ran to the toilet giggling and trying not to explode along the way.
This book is probably one of the funniest books ive ever read. If not the funniest. I've bought copies for my old man and my two best friends. I love how it offends women so much when it doesnt even refer to them personally, it makes the whole experiance rewarding everytime.
my friends dont have girlfriends now.
Book Review: Excellent Book! Summary: 5 StarsLook out Harry Potter and The Holy Bible, this book is climbing to the top! Everyone should own this book and it would make for a good gift for anyone who is a man's man or likes manly things.
Book Review: I gave up my vow of illiteracy in order to read this book. Summary: 5 StarsThis book is freakin sweet. I hate reading and I read this thing cover to cover, I even read the pages between the covers. If you are easily offended, look elsewhere....If you want a non stop affirmation of how awesome it is to be a guy this is your bible. It is also satire, so if you have a hard time with joking or using your skull meat this may go way above your head. I highly recommend. Oh, and it has Chuck Norris in it, enough said.
Book Review: Tears on every page Summary: 4 StarsIt was a great purchase. I borrowed it from a friend and read it, then was inspired to buy it a couple months later. It still is as funny was when i first read it. Hilarious
Book Review: Falls Short of expectation Summary: 2 StarsI thought this book would be hilarious, assuming that the guy that wrote post after post of side splitting rants on his website would be able to translate that wit into book form. i was wrong. most of it sounds forced and a lot of it is so sexist that even i, who revels in offensive humor, was bored. i hardly laughed once throughout. a shame because Maddox is usually a funny guy.
