Book Review: The Amazing Tom Mix
Summary: 5 Stars
Being a silent screen actor and actress interested person, l was thrilled to find this book for sale. I didn't know all that much on Tom Mix at the time other than he was famous for his Westerns. The book has a wealth of information on this actor and the author writes about him as a human being, not just as a celebrity which is refreshing. He also put to rest a lot of stories that Tom himself and other writers swear as truth, through tedious reserch to prove/disprove certain facts.
I was a bit dissapointed that there were not a great deal of photographs in the book but the few that are, are rare unseen photos of Tom and his family.
I would recomend this book to anyone who wants to know the REAL Tom Mix.
