Book Review: Amazing book for anyone who aims to help people learn

Although this book is officially for Teachers, I am not a teacher...far from it! I am a student who is creating an online learning environment and came across the book by accident.
This book is amazing, he truly does understand how to help people learn as this book is so easy to read and really does help you understand and remember what he is trying to explain!
I would say this book is a must for any Teacher! He explains the learning cycle and how this relates to the structure of the brain, he discusses how emotions effect the brain, how to promote active learning etc etc. At each section he explains how that topic effects learning and how it may help us as instructors.
There is quite a bit of biology in it but it is explained in a way that should be understandable to anyone.
