Quite simply a fantastic book. This is not a "self-help" book. This book leaps over the traditional approach of "self-help" and into a guide for living.This is one man, Howard C. Cutler, M.D., who questions HH Dalai Lama on what the purpose of life is and how we should approach living it. It is a Psychiatric view challenged by a Spiritual view.
Not a book directly aimed at Buddhists, but a book for people who have lost their way, got caught up in the hussle and bussle of 20th (21st?) century life and need to be reminded of "what its all about".
Easy to read, easy to understand, a great read.
