Book Reviews of The BFGBook Review: Fly magically into a world of giants Summary: 5 Stars
Book review by: Rebecca M.
This to me was a spectacularly, well-written book that grabs you right at the beginning. This book is outrageously fun and I highly recommend it. When I had he time to read, it I read several chapters at once.
This book is about a girl and a giant. The two main characters are the Big Friendly Giant and Sophie, a young orphan. In the middle of the night Sophie can't get to sleep. A streak of moonlight is shining on her pillow as bright as the sunrise. She figures everyone is asleep in the darkness of the night. Everything is quiet as if she were the only person living. Someone had once told her that there was something called the witching hour. It was supposed to be in the middle of the night and everything came out of their hiding places and came to earth. Suddenly, across the street she sees a tall dark figure...
One tip about this book: if you are the kind of person who loses their appetite, you don't want to read this book before meals. Of course if you are the type of person who just likes to read and does not care if it's gross, then feel free to read it whenever.
You may also run into a few words that you don't know. As you might find in a lot of Mr. Dahl's books.
So I now recommend you to read this book and the other magnificent book that this miracle author has made to transfer the magic from his imagination to our world. I give all of his books Five Stars !
Book Review: Fun 4 all Ages Summary: 5 Stars
I first read this book in fourth grade. When I got to the snozzcumbers and fizzy lifting drink, it was during silent reading time and my teacher had to tell me to stop laughing so hard. Now that I am older I still love the book and I can't wait till I can read it to my daughter. His book has a way of talking to adults as well as children which I find interesting.

Book Review: Giant to the rescue! Summary: 5 Stars

Dream catching? Human Beans? Bloodbottler? What are those? They're phrases from The BFG. What is that you ask. Well, it stands for The Big Friendly Giant. Little Sophie is taken from her orphanage by a giant! She thinks she is going to be eaten! But The BFG (Big Fridley Giant) the one who captures her, does not eat Human Beans. He just doesn't want to go to the zoo. Anyway, they go on to save children everywhere forever. I recommend this to anyone who likes funny, adventure stories.
