Book Review: A great contribution to a better understanding of the Basque
Summary: 5 Stars
The first book I read by Kurlansky; "Cod" was delicious! This one is outstanding. I happen to be a son of the Basque diaspora, this book speaks the truth. Our history can only be understood around our table, I very much like the idea of mixing Basque recipes with our fight. The author has perfectly grasped our identity.
