Book Review: Awesome Book!
Summary: 5 Stars
This is one of the best books I've ever read. It ties with the first book in the series, The Lightning Thief. The action starts when Percy Jackson and his friends go into the Labyrinth. They encounter many enemies and many friends. Their goal was to find Daedalus's workshop to stop him from giving Kronos (their enemy) something very powerful. But, along the way, they find something more common and more valuable.
The reason why I like this book is because it has a little bit of love, a little bit of sadness, a lot of action and some things that will scare you. The book made me feel as if I was inside the story. The nice thing about each book in the series is that I didn't want to stop reading. I wanted to continue the adventure.
I like Percy Jackson as a character because when he gets mad, he always follows his instincts with fighting. For example, he got mad at Ares for tricking him and his friends, and challenged him to a duel. At first Percy had a hard time, but then he got in a strike. I think that Ares is a coward because he got one minor wound and fled. Percy always makes the fight interesting because he finds clever ways to defeat his enemies.
I strongly recommend for everyone to read the entire Percy Jackson series. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did!
