Summary: 3 Stars
The content of this is good. There basis is cognitive behavioral modifications which makes sense. I prefer the author's voice versus the narrator. The former is more real, the latter is too peppy and Hollywood.
Also instead of always saying stick to a diet, which to me implies a temporary thing, I suggest the term food plan or "balanced food".
