This book puts all the info you'll ever need in a small package that you can actually carry around and simple enough that you will actually use it. Throw away all the big bulky counters collecting dust on your bookshelf and buy this one. And lose weight intelligently with its guidance. The info is there, all you have to do is apply it. There is a reason The Biggest Loser is so successful - and Cheryl Forberg's nutritional guidance to the contestants is a HUGE part of it.

I've used several different calorie counters over the last year; it's been the key to the 176 pounds I lost in about eight months (and exercise). In all honesty, this calorie counter was by far the most thorough, giving far more categories of information on each of the foods listed. I found that to be the most helpful - the more you know about what you're eating, the better your choices are going to be. This is the calorie counter I recommend to people when they ask me!

This book is an essential if you are serious about making a long term change in your eating habits. Losing weight is not rocket science. It takes a decision and then 3rd grade math. Calories in, calories out. Cheryl does an awsome job of making it as simple as possible to keep tabs on what is going into your pie hole! I highly recommend anything written by cheryl to people who are motivated to get into shape!. Thanks lady.

There are a lot of weight loss books in the world today that help millions of people. But, have those people kept the weight off, did they get discouraged and bought a different book, then tried a different program, buying into the many weight-loss products, pills, shakes, etc. I was that person until I met Cheryl and tried this book. Cheryl's book IS different than the others, it is the simple, most common sense approach to dieting I have ever used. This is the best book I have found on calorie counting.
