Book Review: Not good for those who like to eat natural

As soon as I received this book I was disappointed. I only have about 15-20 pounds I'd like to loose. I already eat really healthy. I thought this book might give me some good low-calorie recipes. It does, but many of the recipes seem to focus on substituting bad foods for fake foods - what seem like chemicals to me. Substitute sweetener for sugar or non-fat cheese for regular cheese. Is there really still cheese in there after that? I'd rather eat smaller amounts of full-fat natural food. Especially, seeing the studies linking all the chemicals in our food to cancer and other diseases.
I'm now using some of Gillian McKeith's recipes which are so much better. It's all real food - from the earth or from an animal - nothing from laboratories. I have to say some of the recipes do need a little more spunk but I've only done a few so far. I have started snacking on some of her recommendations which keep me satisfied and full of energy. It's only been a week and I'm already feeling more energetic, not bloated anymore, thinner and not hungry. She almost recommends too much food for me. I think because I'm not used to such nutritious snacks.
If you need to lose lots of weight and you're not concerned about the things you put into your body I'm sure this book will help. For those who want to go the natural route - look elsewhere.
