I am sure it would work if I got it out of the bookcase and tried it, but none the less, the quality is great.

The other 2 reviews and a desire to lose weight made me think this book was worth a try. The fitness routine is based on circuit training, and the equipment that you're recommended to buy would pay to 3-4 months gym membership. Personally, I would only recommend this book if someone was completely clueless about exercise and nutrition
