Book Review: Biggest Loser Success Secrets
Summary: 3 Stars
While the first few pages offer some great educational information, the rest of the book is not quite as useful. Information about specific issues, while listed in the index, is vague and more along the lines of one of the contestants personal opinion. Information is hard to dig out in many cases. I was just not able to read page after page of personal testimony and actually learn anything. I was hoping for a little more depth into what actually happens at the Ranch on a day to day basis, you know like from the first day on. What time do the contestants have to hit the gym, how many hours do they actually spend working out, what is the actual routine, do they have in house cooking lessons, how often to they actually meet with the doctors, what they can or can not do with their personal time? Very dissapointing!
