Book Review: Not all that I thought it would be Summary: 4 StarsAlthough it is good, I really hoped there would be a little more to "inspire". Seeing all of the success is great, but I was hoping for a little more. Afterall, I love the show!
Book Review: You Can Lose Big Too! Summary: 5 StarsIf you are a fan of the NBC reality show The Biggest Loser, you will love this book. It gives you insight into the weight loss successes of several of the shows contestants and the how-to behind their triumphs.
Even if you aren't a fan of the show, you will find great diet and fitness tips. The chapter on pushing through a plateau was very helpful to me personally, as I've been finding it difficult to lose weight the past few months.
I recommend this for anyone serious about weight loss and fitness.
