Dr. Lipton is a scientist, researcher and an excellent teacher. His book demonstrates his teaching talents as well as his scientific knowledge and accomplishments! Based on his scientific research, the book is written in such an interesting and easy to understand format that the reader's attention is captured by every page! It's truly a book that explains the powerful, new and very interesting way science finds the human body to be. Book Review: Wow. There are some really LONG reviews on this book!

Wow. Some of these reviews are like reading another book! Yawn. All I would care to add is that the audiobook is read by Dr. Bruce. He truly has a lively personality. It feels like he is there with you having a friendly chat over tea. Most of my audiobooks I give away, BUT this will stay with me as one of my all time "keepers". Dr. Bruce held my attention completely. Wonderful ending too. Book Review: More than excited about this book

I was thrilled to read this book. Why? Finally, so much of my own experience in this life begins to make sense when it comes to energy. When I was a child, I noticed that in my large family, each person perceived the "same" experience in a different way. One family, several different realities. Perception seems to be guided by energy, emotion, experience.... Lipton describes quite well how a thought can push energy in a direction that validates one's belief. Sadly, that validation can focus on Mis-information as easily as it can focus on the truth.
I have to agree that not all Scientist are great writers, and I keep this in mind when I read this book. I've been careful not to let certain phrases throw me off the beautiful path that this book delicately offers to the reader.
