Book Review: Great advice!

This is a great book that brings together allot of info in a well-written, concise and easy to read format. It gives concise information on what to expect in birth and how you may feel, how the mother may feel AND what you could do to help.
(Remember though that sometimes its just your presence that is important to the mother and you really don't have to DO anything - just BE there!)
The book has a quick reference section with the page edge marked in grey so that you can quickly find the info you need. It covers the physiological & medical information well, everything you need to know is covered.
I would advise anyone about to be a birth partner (father, doula etc) to read this as well as Ina May's Guide to Childbirth so you are fully prepared for the priviledged role you have been asked to perform.
