An easy to read book. It is well written and starts with a good description of body sculpting basics for women. It also has more in depth information as the readers experience develops. The benefits to be gained for women from training with weights (which are considerable) are also described.Introductory programs are outlined, and the reader is also assisted with developing the knowledge to put together their own programs that suit their particular body's needs.
A useful and accessible book that takes the mystery out of training with weights.
