for the Salton yogurt maker. No pictures needed just "chocked full" of useful information and wonderful recipes. After opening the book and reading I could not put it down. I pulled out my trusty paper clips and marked the recipes that will be prepared. This is a wonderful book. Very well written and some great recipes. The beginning part of the book is a history on yogurt and alternative ways of making homemade yogurt without a machine. I have tried a few of the recipes and were very happy.Book Review: I want to try every recipe!

I picked this book up at a friend's house and after flipping through it for a minute decided I must have it. I just got it for Christmas and after detailed reading I have decided I want to make every single recipe in it. I started off with two of them today and both of them were absolutely fantastic. I can hardly wait to cook some more! Highly recommended!
