Book Review: Another Nesbit triumph

I am so pleased to see this book back in print,and with the original illustrations by H.R.Millar.There are 8 stories,all with a dragon theme,all told with the usual E. Nesbit mix of magic ,ordinary life and charm.My favourite is Uncle James,or the Purple Stranger,where all the animals are the wrong sizes.People keep elephants as pets,because they are so small,and at the zoo 20 children at a time can ride on the guinea pig.
I always love the Nesbit short stories,as she can convey so much in a few lines.This book is just as wonderful as all the others.
