This book not only gives you the "how-to's", but more importantly gives you the "why's". In this day and age of formula feeding, too many people think that formula is equal to breastmilk. This book really helped cement and even defend my choice to breastfeed. The authors explain in great detail the benefits of breastmilk in a way I have not seen elsewhere. This book is one gift that I will give all of my friends and family before they have their babies.Book Review: One of the best books on breastfeeding!
