Book Review: Utter waste of money, and I'll tell you for why...

I had high hopes for this. How wrong I was! Firstly, the packaging is incredibly annoying but, in fact, is more substantial than the content. It's all irritating flaps and folds and sleeves containing cards and CDs and more and more things you don't need. When I eventually found something I could actually use - the DVD - I put it in and found myself both lulled to sleep and giggling to myself, listening to this pretentious man telling me how to "reset" my breathing patterns. It takes about three filmed tutorials before the guy (Gay) is actually saying anything useful. It's incredibly annoying. The number of components to the "Breathing Box" is just preposterous: cards, a book, DVDs, with no proper explanation of how all the bits can build together to form a proper home-practice resource. Everything in this box is something you can do without.
