Book Reviews of The Cardio-Free DietBook Review: Great Book Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great book full of very helpful information. It has great information for well-balanced meals as well as effective exercises. It also helps the reader understand why they need to change their diet/exercise program for life and does not promise a false quick fix. It educates the reader to the importance of building muscle at every age.
Book Review: Health for Life Summary: 5 Stars
This book has been invaluable. My husband and I are just finishing the eight week (Four Phases) session. We enjoyed the program so much we are repeating the eight weeks. My husband has lost 38 pounds and I have lost 16 pounds, but the most wonderful part is that we have more energy, we are never hungry, and we now have (after all the strength training) more lean muscle than ever. This is not a diet for a short period of time. This book is really about a lifestyle change, a great way of eating, and an exercise plan...40 minutes three times a week by Phase 4. I do not miss the cardio. In fact, it's ironic. We just dropped our health club membership, because we were not using it. We can do our strength training in our bedroom in the time it takes us to drive to and from our club. I highly recommend this book.
Book Review: helped me lose 60 pounds Summary: 5 Stars
This book helped me lose 60 pounds in less than a year. A group of us follow Jim's plan and have all lost weight, feel and look better, and could not be happier that we found him.
