Book Reviews of The Catcher in the Rye

Book Review: One of the best books you'll read
Summary: 5 Stars

I first read this book in English class many years ago and loved it. Reading it again in 2000, I realise this is a book to be enjoyed on many different levels

Book Review: ALRIGHT BOOK
Summary: 4 Stars

This book wasn't as good as I was expecting it to be. The reason I read it was because of the film Conspiracy. There is a scene in the film where it shows that the US Government has got a computer link to all book shops and libraries and anyone who buys this book, their details get sent down the computer so if anyone gets assasinated they can check peoples files.

It didn't make me want to go out and shoot someone!

Book Review: Light in the dark
Summary: 5 Stars

This book taught me the most important thing in know: that even the most optomistic people can't see the silver lining all the time. I can hold on because I know there's the other side.

Book Review: LIKE NO OTHER BOOK YOU WILL EVER READ!
Summary: 5 Stars

I started reading this book after browsing the first few words in chapter one. Do not spend much time reading these reviews. Go find the book and read the first words. If you feel even a little bit intrigued by it,read it. It will surprise you and make you enter world like no other. You will find yourself going back to it over and over again. Dont miss this. Truly an exceptional read!

Book Review: I fell in love with Holden Caulfield when I was 13.....
Summary: 5 Stars

......and six years later, I'm still there. I make a point of periodically reading this book, it's amazing how much the meaning of it can change to you personally over time. This is one of the most touching and inspirational novels I have ever read, it has good depth and anybody who says otherwise clearly doesn't have a wide enough mind spectrum.
