Book Reviews of The Choice

Book Review: A sweet book...
Summary: 4 Stars

I found this to be sweet "love story" book...the last part of the book got my attention...didn't see it coming. An easy read.

Book Review: A touching love story
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a book which could be spoiled for the reader if too many details of the plot are given. Suffice it to say that it is a beautiful love story with several emotional ups and downs. It also illustrates the importance of choices and the effect that our choices have on our life. Nicholas Sparks is one author who consistantly touches my emotions, and I was really weeping at the end of this one. Read and enjoy!

Book Review: A very pleasant story
Summary: 4 Stars

I usually prefer mystery/murder stories with lots of excitement and plot. I enjoy the page turners and surprises. However, occasionally I will read a love story for a change of pace. And this was just the ticket for me. It was a very pleasant story with a few twists. I really enjoyed the writer's style of telling the story and keeping you "just not sure" of what would happen. It was a great break from the "who done it" stories and nice to know that true love does exist--at least in a novel. It was a marvelous love story----one that gives you hope for those dreams to come true.

Book Review: A very romantic and touching story
Summary: 5 Stars

I had second thoughts when I bought this book but I changed my mind after reading the first 5 pages. I got immersed in the story of the lead characters and the easy, fun and true conversations. Can that really happen in real life? We don't know, but the book sure gives us hope.
I just couldn't put the book down. I think this is the first book that has made me cry, thinking about the possibility of such a sad and tragic thing happen. I guess this book shows us that faith is everything we have but it comes together with true love.

Book Review: Absolute Drivel!!
Summary: 1 Stars

This book was a total waste of time. Absolute drivel and predictable pap. The plot and characters were so light it was ridiculous. You could see the ending from the beginning of the book. Is Nicholas Sparks really the pseudonym for a 13-year-old girl?? He sure writes like one. This was my first Sparks book and it will be my last. I feel like I lost brain cells while reading this nonsense.
