Let me start by stating that I loved this book. Intrigued by the movie "The Ninth Gate" I decided to look for the inspiration and was pleasantly surprised by Perez-Reverte's work.
What else needs to be said? If you find musty old books and bookstores, bibliophiles, the use of Latin, a dash of mystery & intrigue, and a pinch of metaphysics & the occult to your taste, then The Club Dumas is certainly a recipe created for your enjoyment.
I rate this "novel" tale at five stars for a very good read.
