Book Reviews of The Complete Book of Incense, Oils and Brews (Llewellyn's Practical Magick)Book Review: GREAT BOOK! Summary: 5 Stars
I am very pleased with this book. Not only does it give you the recipes you need, but it also teaches you how to create your own recipes and gives good substitution examples. This is the best natural magic book I have ever seen.
Book Review: GREAT! Summary: 5 Stars
THIS IS A WONDERFUL BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE MAGICAL RECIPES. NOT ONLY INCENSE BUT SOAP, BATH SALTS, AND OTHER USEFUL RECIPES. ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I HAVE READ. SCOTT CUNNINGHHAM IS A WONDERFUL WRITER AND IF YOU LIKE THIS BOOK, READ HIS OTHER BOOKS TOO!
Book Review: Good Condition Summary: 5 Stars
This book has some very interesting brews as they call them I haven't had a chance to work at them yet. I have to get some time to set down and get them started.
Book Review: Good Info Summary: 3 Stars
Has a lot of info if you are just starting out and are looking for a "for Dummies" kind of book. You may not necessarily agree with the author's philosophical and religious beliefs, but they're pretty easy to read through.
Book Review: Good Primer Summary: 3 Stars
Not a bad book for those starting out with herbs and oils and the like. Easy to follow instructions and tips, typical of Cunningham's style. A good starting place to learn how to make your own items. Some of the recipes are quite impractical though.
