Book Review: My honey is a chef...so any cookbook gifts had best be 5 stars...this is!

I purchased the Kitchenaid pasta attachments along with this book for my better half's Christmas present (among many other things!)...this was a big hit!
While this present was for a professional chef who owns a food manufacturing company (expert chef) if you've never made pasta before in your life or are simply an Italian wannabe...you'll still give it a 5 star rating!
A recipe book is great to me if it provides not only recipes for those with a gourmet palette, but also if we are entertaining those who like the basics...but still have to be 5 star delicioso! This does it. You'll find basic pasta recipes, healthy pasta recipes, and something you'd pay a hundred bucks for at a restaurant you can only afford to visit once in a lifetime...LOL...yeah, this book KNOWS pasta so whatever you may be searching for, you'll find.
The recipes are simply to follow, delightful to eat and will be a great guide for any cook...whether that means a mom whipping up something her kids will beg her to have again, or a Culinary Institute of America graduate looking to find something new to wow guests at a dinner party.
