Book Review: An Outstanding Book!!!!!

Whowa!!! This book is bloody brilliant! The Illustrations are Fantastic! It is the biggest Pilates Mat book I have ever come accross. This was not someone holding back to write the second book. This book is packed like a lift in Harrods during christmas season. He writes in a clear succinct and inspirational style. Don't be put off by the title ladies, this book can be used by all and it should be. As a runner and a weightlifter I figured this would be your average Pilates book and My time would best be served on a treadmill or in the weightroom......I was bloody wrong. Outstanding book Mr. Lyon!!!!
