Book Review: Beginners delight

This is my "go to" book because it has lots of information for a beginner without going into long technical explanations. From the beginning page to the last, this book has included everything necessary to start my transition to raw. The table of contents is laid out fantastically, making it easy to find just what you're looking for, fast and easy. The recipes are easy, tasty, and include helpful information such as tips, yields, prep/soak/dehydrate times and nutritional information. Be sure to check out the appendixes too.
